The following terms and conditions apply to your use of www.bestecurepair.com (“the website”) and all services offered by TECH THREE CAR CARE (“us”, “we”, or “our”). By using this website you indicate your consent to these terms of use.
1. Repair
We will strive to perform our delivery and repair services within the stipulated time. However, actual delivery and repair times may be delayed by factors beyond our control (e.g. technical issue or system problem). We will not be liable for any loss caused in such an event.
2. Warranties
2.1 A six (6) month warranties will be offer from date of first purchase.
2.2 Warranties are only offered when the ECU is deemed defect and the ECU cannot be functional.
3. Refunds
We do provide refunds or replaced unit if the products are not functional or can’t be repaired. However, customer need to send back the item to store within 7 days to get refund or replaced unit.
4. Prices
All prices listed on our website are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and are inclusive of all government sales and service taxes.
